Saw something on YouTube. It was a radio station interview with Chuck Cooperstein after The Trade. It wasn't a DFW station but a Mavs network station. Among other things they were talking about Mavs sales people having to call up folks, trying to sell tickets and renewals of tickets and the abuse these innocents were having to take from those that they were talking to on the phone. It was something I hadn't considered. I imagined myself in that position, both ways. As the person trying to make the sale, and the fan they were trying to sell to. Immediately after The Trade, I can't imagine myself being any kind of polite had anyone tried selling me tickets at that point in time. How much better has it gotten, since? Management has to be aware of the issue. It would still be an issue, with me, I'm wondering if it's still an issue fanbase wide. The Trade screwed the pooch with fans. How deep does it go? How long does ownership let this drag out before they do, what I think, is the right thing, and fire Nico?
