Sorry, but to me the question is never about Nico. I don't really care about NTI. He is who he is (an idiot in a job that needs a genius). He needs to be fired. Nothing changes that. And whatever happens (in spite of him here), I'm not interested in factoring in how that impacts him still being here.

I hope the Mavs are already looking for his replacement, or maybe even having talks to find a true expert for the job. He should have been fired a month ago, and tomorrow isn't soon enough (but it's better than two days from now). He's gotta go period.

I'm having trouble with the discussions of this Mavs move and that Mavs move, because I don't want Nico making any of 'em. The first move is to fire Nico. There can be no other move until that happens. Myself, I don't want Nico doing anything else to the team. He's done enough. I cringe at the thought of what else he might do.
