For anyone who thinks there are question marks on what Flagg will be, and how long we have to wait to see that, you need to listen to this interview.

Leger has been following and evaluating Flagg for a LONG time, and thinks he will be HUGE right away. He won't be as good on day 1 as he will become, as he learns the NBA and its nuances, but he's going to be REALLY good. In general he thinks Flaggs shot will need to get better, but he sees his defense as ready and potentially great.
