Ideas based on giving away GOOD players to get  another 2025 FRP are imo incredibly BAD ideas. This is a weak junk-filled draft, and you're digging in the garbage hoping to get lucky. The most likely outcomes are a repeat of OMax and Hardy, who came from better draft classes and have been spares. What a terrible way to spend hard-to-get talent.

2025 has been heralded as one of the most stacked draft classes of the last 10 years. 

But I largely agree with you. Giving away a good guy (I.E. PJ, Gafford, heck even Naji) to get another FRP is a risky bet. Just keep the team whole, and work around the edges.

Hardy+Martin is 15mil that can be easily trimmed to avoid any 2nd apron talk. Talk Kyrie into that 3 year extension starting at 37 mil and the Mavs are suddenly below the 1st apron.
