What about Tre Jones from the Bulls, who was with the Spurs before? He‘s a free agent, 25 years old, his stats after the trade to the Bulls look nice, he was defensive player of the year in college although he‘s smallish, and went to Duke like half our team - have never really watched him play, could he be worth taking a flier?
His stats in a limited sample size where 11.5 points, 4.9 assists, 0.8 turnovers, 1.1 steals on 57% from the field in 25 minutes.
I think the opportunity to start at least half a season on a really good time should be quite attractive to younger guys looking to establish themselves and showcase their skills, shouldn’t it?
