My preference on a Gaff trade, in order:

Gafford+Hardy for Sexton
Gafford for Lonzo and a SRP or two
Gafford+FRP swap for Coby White
Gafford+PJ for Derrick White

If we want to get crazy, how about a 4 team trade?

Gafford+Hardy to Chicago

PJ+#26+2029 LAL 1st to Boston

Pat Williams to Brooklyn

Derrick White+#14 to Dallas

Mavs send out Gafford+PJ+Hardy+2029 for White+14 in short hand. They clear about 7 million in salary from this trade, get their guard, and another prospect to fill out the roster. 

Brooklyn gets a flyer on Williams for a single FRP, who by all accounts will be better most likely than anyone picked there. They still have 8, 19, and 27 remaining so its not like they will miss the #26 pick. 

Chicago gets their center and combo guard, gets off the Williams deal, and it basically only costs them the 14th pick.

Celtics get a great wing player and what they paid for white in 2 FRPs. One of them this year so they can get a cost controlled contract. And one in 2029 which is for sure valuable.
