For this reason alone, Nico should be gone already. His unnatural man-love for AD clouds his objectivity. There are a lot of reasons to move AD now (age, injury history, newfound glut at the position), but he would never consider it.

The good news is that I don't think Nico is long for this GM world and AD's value will never tank a la KP.  The bad news is that Nico's demise will not come soon enough and he could do more damage to future assets and the likes of Bob Myers might not be available when that happens.
