I badly want Nico out at this point.
Kidd needs to go too. I don't care who, just get someone.
If the Mavs re-structure the team (as they should), the ones taken from trades should be youngsters and not win-now guys. The team should be built around Flagg moving forward with guys about his age bracket. Mavs are in for another long rivalry with the Spurs in the coming years. I'd like someone else stable to build that team, and that means Nico ain't it.
