We never needed Klay.  We should have kept DJJ and let Grimes replace Timmy's role.  How good would Grimes have been as the 6th man bringing scoring punch off the bench?

I would have rather this...

Start Grimes (Luka, Kyrie, Grimes, PJ, Gaff)
THJ role -> Klay
DJJ -> Naji

Luka, Exum, Din
Kyrie, Hardy
Grimes, Naji
PJ, (traded for Maxi replacement)
Gaff, DLive

That roster could have made another championship run, with a much better chance at winning it all than last season
