Yeah, pretty sure that's just due to outdated model data.

Although I meant it as a joke, I actually think using AI to analyze trades isn't a bad idea. Feed the model all the data for every single trade, what it cost, how the traded players produced, etc and it could probably give an accurate assessment of different trade proposals and evaluate the difference in value, etc.

That would just be more information for a good negotiator to have, assuming a team has a good negotiator in the first place...
