Luka Dealt to Lakers: Nico Harrison is a Basketball Terrorist

This pretty much confirms my thinking. I posted this in the news thread. But, once Luka was traded I had a feeling and posted about it that Klay and Kyrie were involved. They had likely talked to Kidd and Nico about moving Luka. The destination is Kyrie, KD, Klay, and AD. This has been in the works since Kyrie was in Boston. Boston hates Kyrie because the team found out what he was doing.

Klay knew what was going on since he had played on team USA and with KD in GS. He probably said no to joining since he thought he would retire with GS. When they didn't offer him what he thought he was worth he was in.

This offseason we'll see the young guys shipped off to the Suns for KD. KD, Klay and AD will keep things afloat while Kyrie gets ready to play.

Is your theory that Kyrie signed an extension with Dallas (after being traded) and Klay signed with Dallas in the off season (after GS didn't offer him what he wanted) with the sole end game of convincing Nico to trade Luka for AD and then to go after KD?

That seems far fetched, so trying to make sure I'm understanding it correctly.
