Do you have any faith in this current management when they fumbled a 25 year old top 3 player, coming off a finals run, and had not demanded a trade and was happy year? 

No, not anymore. 

I did give Nico a lot of credit for building what I thought was the best Mavs team in the Luka era. I think he was in the running for executive of the year or maybe he won it, I can’t remember. So, I don’t think he’s incompetent. I think he has a big ego and didn’t like that Luka had the keys to the franchise and didn’t treat it with the same respect that someone like Kobe did.
