The Celtics, Nuggets, Lakers, Bucks, Wolves, Knicks, and Suns wouldn't be able to sign these players since they're above the first apron.

How much does Ben have left in the tank to be a defensive stud and secondary ball handler?  Admittedly, I've had no reason to watch a Nets game this year
