So, is finalizing it a sign that we are done?  Or, is the addition of the second rounder something we need to be able to 'touch' a team in a multi-team trade?

I don't think you need a second rounder for that. You can just exchange cash. Utah or Toronto only dealt with one or two teams on the paper in that complex 5 team Butler trade.
