If the roster is correct and the Mavs have plenty of room to operate below the first apron, what follows? Has anyone brought up the possible Jimmy Butler angle? This is so depressing to type out.

We obviously have a huge glut in Center now.


I cannot seriously consider Butler because if they traded Luka to save on tax, trading for Butler entails an extension for him too. So they aren’t saving any money in that scenario.
