Still hard for me to grapple with trading 2 obvious positive guys. I’d have to see the return if we’re including Grimes in a deal. He’s low key become one of my favorite Mavs.

We haven’t even really seen this team healthy. The little we’ve seen they’ve looked dominant

I don't want them to trade Grimes, either, and the Windhorst rumor doesn't explicitly say they're shopping him, just that they're working the phones and that those two have markets. The Grimes interest could be incoming, not because of him being shopped, I guess. 

Then again, he didn't accept their extension offer. If that was as high as they're willing to go, and they know they won't match what they believe he's likely to be offered this summer...I can see it, especially if they're starting to question whether this team will be healthy enough to contend this year.
