Not sure what "cooked" is saying. We are all aware he's hurt and will miss time that will be more than a few days, or a week, or similar.
Are you saying that it's more serious than a few weeks to a month-ish, and if so, what's your basis? What "big decisions" are you implying? Such wording makes it sound like you are warning of a year or career at risk. If so ---- sez who?
