Shams doubles down on the Mavs being one of the teams that Jimmy Butler would be interested in

The idea that Butler would want to be a Mav is all that's said, and isn't that much of a surprise. The Mavs have a good thing going, went to NBA Finals last season, and have Luka plus lots of other talent. 

But this doesn't say that DAL is truly a possibility -- it would take a commitment of massive payroll plus a trade Mavs aren't likely to want to do. In light of how much talent would be required for a trade match, I'm not seeing a fit.
