To be clear, that assessment is not based on the game, I just think its an awkward fit.  Randle is obviously an offensive downgrade from KAT, but the real hit is the lack of spacing.  I think there is going to be less room for Ant to operate in.  Part of this might be due to some bias I have against Randle.  I feel like guys that don't space the floor well and can't protect the rim are difficult to fit on a starting lineup.

I'm in the same place between Randle's post plays, Ant's drives and Gobert's basket proximity, it's going to get crowded. I think MIN made the Towns trade for cap management, but I feel they gave up a lot to make that decision. I'm not a particular KAT fan, but he looked comfortable playing the PF position. Now MIN has a traffic jam and NYK has a C that would prefer to be a PF.
