Rim-finishing... + Rim-protecting + Rebounding + Help defend the perimeter... at the bare minimum.

Fully agreed though, you don't trade Gafford. Forget about Sharp being ready (he's not)... even Lively still has a LOT to prove. Lauri and Kessler both got the better of him the other day.
Think I also saw someone say they would trade Grimes as "filler". That's another nutty suggestion. I think the Nuggets would be very happy to have Grimes between Jamal and MPJ though (and the Pacers would like a player with that profile too), in case you guys want to make that trade.
