IMO, he was given enough time. Nice player, probably just a notch below or one of many guys good enough for the NBA but where there are not enough spots available. Maybe Dallas saw enough with one of their younger guys in camp already?
Had to come just to make space for Morris on the regular season roster, right? So I don’t think it’s because one of our young talents will get a roster spot. They are competing for the two-way contracts I guess.
