To me it would make more sense if one of them became 6th man, but it doesn't look like that's happening.

I been saying this from the day we got Klay too. 

With each player's individual characteristics, Coach Kidd needs to look at his lineup like so:

• Offensive Guard (Kyrie, Klay)
  
• Defensive Guard (Grimes, Naji)
  
• Offensive Forward (Luka, Klay)
  
• Defensive Forward (PJW, Naji)
  
• Center (Lively, Gafford)
  

That is 8 players for the final playoff rotation. There are enough minutes for everyone, and none need be over-used in the regular season.

The others can be used when these 8 aren't available.

• Spencer and Hardy step in for Kyrie, Klay or Luka. 
  
• Exum steps in for Grimes.
  
• Kessler and O-Max steps in for Naji and PJW.
  
• Kleber steps in for Lively or Gafford.
  

Hopefully Dwight and Morris are DNPs.
