The things a competent front office does for our mental health. 

12 months ago, 60 minutes of time and an available (starting) center; usually we´d be five pages deep into trade proposals.

It is actually insane how quiet and somewhat peaceful this summer has been.

After 14 years of constantly trying, the Mavs actually landed a big name that had options in free agency. Not only that, but they seemingly upgraded across the board, got deeper, and stayed under the 1st apron.

It's astonishing. We've barely had anything to complain about. I can't wait for the season to start.
