I agree the agent (and all of CAA) had a conflict of interest on this one, specifically, but there's also a long track record of Cuban rewriting history in situations like this. As a consequence, my default is to assume that he's bending the truth enough to satiate Mavs fans' blood lust. 

So glad his era is over.
