Due to his contract and the Mavs cap limitations there is no realistic way for the Mavs to get Simons without trading 1 of Kyrie/Klay/PJ 

With that in mind, is a Simons trade even worth it? 

Nevermind that Portland will probably want a 1st and probably OMax on top of that.

He would probably cost both firsts and it doesn't make sense for a lot of reasons to send any of those guys out.  I know some folks think getting somebody like Simons would make sense from the standpoint that he is young and could eventually take over Kyrie spot, but my preference for an eventual Kyrie replacement would be a 2 way wing as opposed to another offense first guard.
