It looks like Fultz won't be back in Orlando.  I thought last year he was starting to break through.  Not #1 pick break through, but a solid rotation player.  He played in 60 games and scored 14 points per game.  He can't shoot and injuries are a huge concern.  He missed a lot of this season.    Still though, with the market drying up, a bad team should be willing to gamble on him.  I believe he went to high school in Washington DC.  Interesting low cost gamble.
