Right the fans. I wonder through how many illegal trades the league office had to go through and reject/alter, cause even the nerds in the front offices, couldn´t keep track anymore of all the rules.

That's actually a reasonable theory. Perhaps even front offices were having issues making trades so the league felt compelled to make a tool and they figured they could just make it available to everyone.

If that's the case, then Mr. Gump and Dan have their work cut out for them and Mr. Silver should hire them to teach these FO!
