You look at the rates of players like DJJ, Martin, Hield etc. go this summer,  I think we should be very comfortable to offer Hardy and Grimes 40/4 right now. They have shown enough to be at that payment level. If they ball out in their contract years, they only be much more expensive. One of them plays himself into the 80/4 FA range you got problems to retain one let alone both of them. We just got two seconds for Green. Grimes and Hardy have shown enough potential that I think we should try to extend them up to 50/4 right now. Grimes is a bit more risky, cause of the injury.

I think we take a page from OKC's book and try and offer Hardy and Grimes like they did for Wiggins and Joe. ~8-10 mil a year.
