1 I suspect LA's offer consists of "Russelll + _______" to every team.
....So the question would be which team(s) would be open to Russell as a significant part of what they get for their player.
2 Any trade would have to be a salary reducer for LA (100% or less match) --- and, it would have to end them below Apron 2 line.
3 I suspect LBJ contract will land them below Apron 2 regardless.
