Extremely, but unless we ignore everything Forrest Gump has been screaming at us, that doesn’t seem possible.

Definitely need F Gump to weigh in. I’ve pointed out that it’s technically possible but only allows for a ~500K cushion below the apron. Sounds legal of course but practical is the real question.
