In one trade....

DAL trades Green to CHA, and gets Klay from GS, and the better of SRP x and y from CHA.

GS sends Klay to DAL, and gets the lesser of SRP x and y from CHA.

CHA gets Green, and sends one SRP apiece to DAL and GS.

DAL won't get a TPE - they send Green and he''s the trade match for Klay. GS gets a TPE for the size of Klay's salary.

I think the only thing you missed is the additional 2031 SRP from Dallas to GS.
