If you want, you can take a screenshot of the spreadsheet that you want to upload and instead upload the .jpg or .png file and that will be viewable to people without having to download your document.

FWIW, I'm showing the Mavs have slots 14 and 15 open, and after setting aside a cushion for the Apron of 1M, have about 3.7M left to spend (either all on 14, or to split between the 2).
