Melton is poor man's Derrick white imho, really good combo guard with solid D, would be a nice addition to our team but I don't think we have enough money to sign him now that more than half of the MLE has already been used. Philly renounced rights to him so a sign and trade isn't doable either. maybe mavs FO can find a way to get it done though.

I would have preferred Melton to Marshall if we were going to let DJJ walk and he could be had for MLE. He is some overlap with Grimes.
