I hope the Mavs didn’t try to save $2 million for a has been and end up losing their best defensive player. A straight trade of Josh plus DJJ for Klay and Marshall looks pretty dumb to me — and I’ve been consistently praising this team’s moves beginning with the Kyrie trade. But not tonight. I’m ready for Omax to step up and make all of this moot, or I expect tonight will be a costly one for the Mavs. The Mavs will be a far less athletic team next season.
