Wizards declined the Vukcevic option of 2.4M, but added 500k to Richaun Holmes contract to reach salary floor. This is like Satnam Singh level minor moves embarrassment. How f***** dumb is their franchise. You could hand any 16 year old NBA nerd a spreadsheet and he´d run a franchise better.
