Can we offer DJJ the full MLE?

Lebron and Rich Paul already talking about he might take a pay cut if the Lakers can make a significant addition with the MLE.

They're saying that, but I doubt they view Jones as worthy. LeBron would need a SIGNIFICANT pay cut to make it possible. 

I'll say it again: think more DeRozan level than DJJ level with that. 

Not worried.
