Still think that Klay is an overcorrection towards offense. He isn't joining a team to play a THJ-like role. Wants to start and/or play 30+ minutes. Better defenders will lose minutes. Also not sure if Klay is a great fit in Kidd's scheme. In his prime he was a versatile on ball defender. Could defend the best opposing scorers. But he has never been a great off ball defender. One of the reasons why his impact metrics never matched the eyetest.
Don't get me wrong. Klay was awesome. Still is on offense. But I just don't see how Luka/Kyrie/Klay can play together. Not enough minutes for POA defense if all three are playing 30+ minutes.
