Grimes is not a FA so SNT is not a thing in him being traded to DAL. A THJ-Grimes swap would be a July deal, presumably (once the new salaries and team payrolls kick in). His contract is $4.x, but since DET has tons of cap space, no salary match would be needed from their end (and from the Mavs end, 16.2 is bigger than 4.x).

Oh I thought he was a RFA this year already. That would obviously be even better.

Let´s hope Langdon really likes THJ that much.
