I'm not sure the US should be the favorites (no idea if they are or not). I wonder if they'll even be the best team from North America, frankly. 

That's part of my frustration with Luka/Slovenia, honestly. These national teams are getting more and more stacked each year. Luka could be the best player in any one of these tournaments and they still really wouldn't have a chance. It's starting to feel like risking injury just to throw his summer/recovery/developmental time into the dirt. 

I realize I wouldn't feel that way if I was Slovenian.
