Why are the East teams the ones doing rebuilds and all West teams trying to compete? I think we should demand that NO, Sacramento, GSW and Clippers start full time rebuilds... With Memphis, Phoenix and Lakers following unless they make finals in 2025

East: Chicago looks like started a rebuild, Atlanta may follow. Detroit, Washington and Charlotte will continue to suck
West: Portland is likely to continue to suck, everyone else looking to get better at this point

For the last 25 years the East has been a joke. But even more so now given that there are conceivably 13 West teams with playoff aspirations
