Spotrac has Shamet´s next season as a club option, so he should be expiring like THJ.

Bagley and Holmes are also expiring. Not sure we can re-acquire Holmes yet? Those are the three contracts, I´d see as realistically available.

I assume the Mavs will have zero interest in Holmes after the way they separated, so that leaves Shamet and Bagley III. 

I still believe Bagley will be a useful bench option on a contender one day. That´s his designated NBA role. Anyone know whether Nico baked apple pies for Bagley III, when he was in middle school.   Maybe another secret connection like PJ Washington.

I thought about Bagley, too. I ruled him out because I don't think he fits the mold of what Kidd seems to demand of his forwards/bigs. 

I suppose the piece of information we don't have is this: We know Kidd didn't want Christian Wood, but who DID? Was it Harrison, or was it Cuban? If it was Harrison, Bagley might be on the table.
