Grant, Kuzma, Ingram. I’m out on all these players. I mostly like their game and I’ve always liked their fit. I’m out on the person, not the player

I think all three of these guys are selfish and dangerous to add to the good thing we have going on. All it takes is one me-first player to ruin team dynamics. Just look at Wood, KP and Grant Williams

I think Nico has learned and is mindful of the character of whomever we bring in at this point

I don't think it's fair to paint Grant and Ingram with the Kuzma brush, personally, but I agree with your assertion that the quality of PERSON matters. 

I actually don't think Ingram is a fit on the court, or I'd have brought him up a while ago. Team USA taught us he can't play off-ball (like, not even a little bit) so he's one of the very last players I'd want to put next to Luka and Kyrie. Heck, that's why New Orleans is trying to move him in the first place. 

I think Grant is getting a slightly raw deal, rep wise, but at this point I trust the Dallas front office with things like that. If they go get him, I'll assume he's ready to be here and play the role they have in mind. If they don't, no biggie.
