What is the general thoughts on Cuban as owner/GM? Did he help or hurt in the last 10 years? I give him credit for reviving an organization that had been down trodden for years and creating new excitement.

Of course it hurt. He was a bum owner/GM with a tempered coach and a shadow GM with the personality of a cactus, and said he´d change streets if he saw a black person. Now context and everything, but let´s be real if Cuban came across a black person on the street it´s probably Axel F in Beverley Hills, coming to a Netflix near you in July.
