Those numbers look way off. As has been written already, the Mavs relation to the Apron is $0 room for practical purposes, not $6.2M, and that $0 assumes only a14-man roster.

So any swap has to be dollar neutral or better vs THJ's 16.2, and that includes accounting for any empty roster slots created.

Spotrac has us $6.2mm under the first apron in 23/24 if we did a deal in June.
