He´d opt out of a 49M contract and then you need Ballmer to play ball and accept an offer of THJ, Kleber and Green, cause nothing else gets you to the salary PG13 would expect. I find such a scenario highly unlikely, when good teams like the Clippers, Sixers or Magic can just offer him that money outright.
