Tonight was a punch to the gut. I hope the Mavs win one but the series is over. It was a great run and while it feels terrible right now, I won’t forget all the clutch plays and joy this team gave us. The sadness is not just due to the impending end of the season but the realization that the West is so tough. A lot of young teams that are only getting better.
