Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Kidd is characterized as a "hands off" or "let them figure it out" coach.
Kyrie said something interesting in his interview last night. He was talking about leadership, and how the team came together through the season and mentioned "lots of really long team meetings with JKidd."
I think Kidd definitely wants for his team to figure some things out without being hand fed sometimes, but I've heard about at least a couple of these meetings before. I think it's evidence that the influence Kidd has on this team consists of more than just what we see from him during the game or what he says in interviews.
