Who has the most to gain/lose during the rest of the season?

My choice is Josh Green though.  Josh has a golden opportunity to take the starting SF position and not look back.   This offseason it appears Dallas will look for another wing.  If feels like one way or another they are going to add a player there.   The level Green plays too may determine if that is a starter or a rotation guy.   If he doesn't grab it, they are probably looking for a starting level player.  Worse yet, Green could be used as a trade piece.   If he grabs it, he could put him in solid footing for a while here.

Last year it felt like Josh was making a jump.  He got hurt for a bit and then found himself in lower minutes.   It sort of zapped all the momentum he was building.  It is tough to make conclusions because the season was such a disaster.  Will this year be different?
Rough stretch for Josh.   Like most everyone else.

He is really confusing for me.  He plays really hard and has the athleticism, length and demeaner to be a really good role player.   In fact, he plays so hard I am wondering if he can every handle more than 25 minutes a night.  But the playing hard vs impact is lacking.   He is so active on D, but players can get to their spots on him with little resistance.   While active on D, one pick can make him almost useless on D.

He may be the best athlete on the team.  But is really methodical trying to create off the dribble and the results in traffic very rarely match his athleticism.

If he doesn't improve this will be the second year in a row where it looked like he made a jump near midseason only to go into a major funk afterwards.

I just can't get a good handle on him.   He should be a very valuable role player here.
