Can anybody tell me why Boban has been mostly glued to the bench all season?

We don't run a lot of post up plays so that kills his biggest plus as a player.  He's also match-up dependent as he has trouble guarding any big with an outside shot.
Okay, why not?  Seems to work pretty well.
