I think DFG%/DFGA around the rim is doing a good job when it comes to help defense/rim protection. For a big that is probably still the most important aspect of the game. Followed by pick and roll defense. Unless a team is facing Jokic or Embiid post up defense isn´t nearly as important as it used to be.

Do you think the paint/mid/3pt categories are capturing that, or should these scenarios be specifically factored in?
